【About the Story】
There are many interesting stories about William Shakespeare. One of his most intriguing tales is about the time when he was caught poaching deer on the estate of Sir Thomas Lucy, a local knight. As a punishment, young Shakespeare was forced to flee his hometown. This incident later became the inspiration for his character Sir John Falstaff, a comical and disreputable knight in his plays Henry IV and The Merry Wives of Windsor.
